Someone deeply prejudiced against magic, something Sirius can relate to - after all, he is severely biased against anything resembling dark magic. However, he tries to show Connor that not all magic is bad, sensing that perhaps the boy can use someone who looks out for him a bit.

It takes some getting used to, being recognized by just about anyone, but it sure helps when the ones recognizing you are cute girls! Especially when they turn out to be fun and have access to ice cream.

Not exactly unbiased in his opinions of people, Sirius didn't care much for this Loki from the start and the more he gets to know him, the less he likes him. He feels that the god is not to be trusted, uses magic he'd definitely put in the 'dark' column and has greasy hair.

Once more, his bias shows. Dark-haired woman with definite tendencies to being a control freak, he can't help but be reminded of certain relations he'd rather not remember. The plant bondage didn't help.

Potions wasn't exactly Sirius' favorite subject. For one, Snivellus excelled at it and though he and James did manage to mess his potions up and make his cauldron explode every now and then, he still continued to do so. For another, Slughorn and his damn club had been after him for the sole reason that he was a Black and Sirius hated nothing more than to be reduced to his family name.

It didn't help that Lily Evans was in the club, which meant that at some point James had decided that he needed to get in as well, which meant that now it was only up to Sirius' efforts to get anything resembling fun out of Potions classes.

All in all, he really had every reason to be in a bad mood upon walking out of the class. However, today he was actually feeling...good. A bit strange, maybe, a bit elated... It certainly wasn't normal. But it felt good. It felt very good, even.

He was about to ask James whether he was just imagining that the dungeons seemed a bit brighter today when a blonde girl suddenly flung herself into his arms. He caught her, not too surprised, since Rebecca had developed the habit of picking him up from just about every class pretty much from the start of their relationship. It had something to do with wandering eyes and apparently the tactic had worked so far, as Sirius was now in his longest relationship. Not a hard record to beat, but still.

He wrapped her arms around her waist and kissed back when she kissed him, his hands finding their way under her robes with practiced speed and ease. However, he noticed he wasn't really into it, which was ridiculous since he was male, a teenager, perpetually horny and she was, well, she had breasts pressed against him. That was generally really all it took to keep him focused.

Now though, he didn't even close his eyes or start groping. He wasn't sure who he was looking for, but there was something nagging at the back of his mind...
