With his eyes glazed over, Sirius definitely didn't look as if he was prepared to listen to reason, much less to three. He stopped listening after the first item on Remus' list, but that did make him think.

After a moment of mulling it over, he suddenly let go of Remus to jump on his feet. "You're right!"

He ran for the door and was out and down the hall without so much as looking back.

It wasn't until Remus ran into Rebecca in the Great Hall before lunch that it became clear just what point Sirius agreed with.

She glared at Remus, pointing an accusing finger. "I thought you were a nice guy! You backstabbing faggot!"

Sirius just entered the hall from the opposite side, so he hadn't even spotted them yet.
